  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and securely seal the parcel for shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
